With regard to the purposes of processing data collected through cookies (as listed below), we will act as joint controllers together with Hyundai Motor Company Italy S.r.l., with registered office in Milan – 20152, Via Giovanni Bensi 11. We and the joint controller have entered into an agreement governing the processing of personal data. Upon request, we will provide information on the essence of that agreement.

2. What are cookies?

4.1 OneTrust cookie consent management tool

We use the cookie consent management tool provided by OneTrust (OneTrust Technology Limited, 82 St. John Street, Farringdon, London EC1M 4JN, United Kingdom).

Through the cookie consent management tool, we give you the option of giving consent to the storage of cookies in a manner compliant with applicable law, and of ensuring that such consent can be withdrawn. In addition, consent is documented for evidentiary purposes, and the setting of cookies is technically controlled. Cookies are used for this purpose, which store your cookie settings on our website.

In this context, we process your IP address and, if consent is given, information relating to your browser, country, device, a pseudonymised browser ID, as well as information on the storage of consents given or withdrawn for groups/solutions, indicating the time of the change, in order to be able to provide legal proof of the consent given. 4.2 Google Consent Mode

4.3 Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager on our Website, a service provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; for individuals outside the EEA or Switzerland, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to manage tracking and analytics tags through proprietary and third-party software.

Tags are small pieces of code that help us, among other things, control which page elements, services and tools are triggered and loaded and in what order, measure traffic and visitor behaviour, understand the impact of our advertising activities, set up remarketing and target-group strategies, and test and optimise our website.

Google Tag Manager is solely an auxiliary service that facilitates the integration and management of tags through an interface. Google Tag Manager does not use its own cookies and does not collect personal data. It only triggers other tags, which may in turn collect personal data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access such data.

4.4 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, on our Website. The party responsible for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies that enable an analysis of the use of our websites. During your visit to the website, your usage behaviour is recorded in the form of “events”. Events may include the following information:

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate use of the website and to prepare reports on site activity. The reports provided by Google Analytics 4 are used to analyse the performance of our Website.

The information collected via cookies on the use of this Website is generally transferred to, and stored on, a Google server in the United States. Google Analytics 4 has IP anonymisation switched on by default.

As a result of IP anonymisation, your IP address is shortened by Google within the Member States of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Data sent by us and linked to cookies is automatically deleted after 14 months. The maximum lifespan of Google Analytics cookies is 2 years. Deletion of data whose retention period has expired takes place automatically once a month.

4.5 Google Ads

We use Google Ads on our Website. Google Ads is an online advertising programme provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).

4.8 Contentsquare

We use the Digital Experience Analytics and Insights tool provided by Contentsquare (Content Square GmbH) on our website to improve our visitors’ digital experience and optimise our services and our interactions with you.

The tool helps us better understand visitors’ online experience (for example, how much time they spend on pages, which links they click, click-through rates to identify hesitation or frustration, etc.). To provide such analysis and insights, Contentsquare uses first-party cookies and other technologies to process, on our behalf, data relating to visitors’ behaviour and their devices.

This may include data such as the device’s IP address, online IDs (e.g. a cookie ID), device type and screen size, browser information, geographic location (limited to city level), e-commerce data, preferred display language for the site, and user behaviour related to accessibility needs.

4.9 Albacross

We use Albacross (Albacross Nordic AB) to analyse traffic and gain insight into the types of companies visiting our Website.

Albacross uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website visitors, including IP address, cookie identifiers and other similar online identifiers, browser and device information, and site access data (such as pages visited and timestamps).
