Car subscription in Milan and its province, delivered straight to your door

If you often drive in central Milan, bear in mind that some areas may require an access ticket or have specific traffic rules. Conditions can vary depending on the type of vehicle and the municipal regulations in force. We recommend always checking the latest information before entering the areas concerned.

Milan applies some traffic restrictions to older, more polluting vehicles. The Hyundai models available with MOCEAN are from the latest generations and are normally compatible with the access rules currently in force. We still recommend checking for any updates or local restrictions before driving in the city.

The hybrid Hyundai models available with MOCEAN, such as KONA, TUCSON and SANTA FE HEV, combine efficiency and driving comfort thanks to the latest hybrid technology. Any concessions, exemptions or restrictions on access to certain areas of the city can vary depending on municipal regulations and the characteristics of the individual vehicle. We recommend always checking the latest local rules before entering the areas concerned.

Blue lines are paid parking, yellow lines are for residents, white lines are free where you find them. Day-to-day parking is not included in your subscription — you pay it like any driver, through MooneyGo, EasyPark or Telepass. If you live in Milan you can still apply for a resident's parking pass: the Comune grants one per person to anyone with a licence who has a vehicle as owner, in exclusive use, or on lease or rental. It is free for residents and covers the blue and yellow lines in your zone.

Area C is Milan's best-known restricted zone, but the city has smaller ones too. The Quadrilatero della Moda is restricted around the clock, the Navigli pedestrian area closes to traffic from 20:00 to 07:00, and Brera, Garibaldi and Ticinese each have their own hours. They are signed at the entrance and are separate from both Area B and Area C.
