Car subscription in Turin and its province, delivered to your door

A ZTL operates in central Turin, restricting access for unauthorised vehicles at certain times of day. Entries are camera-controlled, so it's important to check any permits or authorisations before entering the area. We recommend always checking the Comune di Torino's latest rules before heading into the city centre.

During the winter months Turin applies traffic restrictions to older, more polluting vehicles, to cut emissions and improve air quality. The restrictions mainly affect cars in the oldest Euro classes, while the Hyundai models available with MOCEAN are generally not subject to these bans. We still recommend checking for any temporary or emergency measures announced by the Comune before setting off.

Our hybrid range, made up of KONA, TUCSON and SANTA FE 1.6 HEV, belongs to the most recent vehicle categories and is generally not affected by Turin's seasonal anti-smog limits. Access to the central ZTL, however, follows specific rules and may require dedicated authorisation, whatever the car runs on.
