Your car is delivered within 15–30 days of signing your contract, for a one-off delivery fee of €249, VAT included. We contact you to agree a day and a time slot that works for you, and we confirm the handover point with you before we set out.

How delivery works

You give us the address, we contact you to confirm the handover point, date and time. Bring your ID and driving licence to the handover.

The Fascia Verde and the ZTL

Rome restricts traffic in two different ways. The Fascia Verde is a large low-emission zone that bans older vehicles outright. The ZTLs in the centre are small zones that need a permit at certain hours. Here's what each one means for the car you choose.

Fascia Verde

The Fascia Verde is a large environmental limited traffic zone covering much of the city. It is active around the clock from Monday to Saturday, excluding weekday holidays, and restricts older, more polluting vehicles. The Hyundai models available with MOCEAN belong to the most recent categories and, under normal conditions, are not affected by these restrictions. During particular pollution episodes, the Comune may introduce additional temporary measures.

ZTLs in central Rome

Central Rome has several limited traffic zones (ZTLs), with rules and hours that can vary by area and time of year. Access is generally allowed only to authorised vehicles, while other drivers may face restrictions or need specific permits. Before entering the central zones, we recommend checking the Comune's latest regulations and whether your subscription vehicle needs an authorisation.

Hybrid models

Our hybrid range, made up of KONA, TUCSON and SANTA FE 1.6 HEV, comfortably meets the requirements of Rome's Fascia Verde. Access to the central ZTLs, however, follows specific rules and may require dedicated authorisation, whatever the car runs on. Fully electric models are not yet available in our subscription offer, but they will join the MOCEAN range in the coming months.
