Delivery time
Your car is delivered within 15–30 days of signing your contract, for a one-off delivery fee of €249, VAT included. We contact you to agree a day and a time slot that works for you, and we confirm the handover point with you before we set out.
How delivery works
You give us the address, we contact you to confirm the handover point, date and time. Bring your ID and driving licence to the handover.
Driving in central Florence
Some areas of Florence have specific rules on vehicle access. If you plan to drive in the centre often, always check the latest municipal regulations before setting off.
Florence's Scudo Verde
The Scudo Verde is an area with environmental restrictions aimed at older, more polluting vehicles. The Hyundai models available with MOCEAN are recent and are normally not affected by these restrictions.
Hybrid models
The hybrid Hyundai models available with MOCEAN, such as KONA, TUCSON and SANTA FE HEV, belong to the latest environmental classes and are not affected by the restrictions on older vehicles. For ZTL access, however, the rules and any permits set by the Comune apply, whatever the car runs on.
